Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. Oil
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs (garden herbs), mixed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Break the spaghetti into three pieces and cook in plenty of salted water until al dente. Chop the bell peppers very finely and crumble the feta cheese. Combine the pasta, bell peppers, and feta cheese in a bowl. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients. Let the salad marinate for about 1 hour and season again to taste.
