Spaghetti salad with peppers and leeks

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 3 bell peppers, green, yellow, red
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice), or curry powder
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed herbs, frozen 8-herb blend
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the spaghetti. Chop the bell peppers and leeks. Then mix everything well with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt, if desired. This salad is quick to prepare and tastes great as a side dish with many dishes.
