Spaghetti salad with tomatoes, feta cheese and basil

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 4 tomatoes, nB also more or less
  • 3 bags of sheep’s cheese
  • e.g. basil
  • oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, let cool, and transfer to a large bowl. Cut the feta cheese into bite-sized cubes, quarter the tomatoes, and add. Mix with the vinegar, oil, and seasonings. Add the basil, halving any large leaves if desired. Stir again and season to taste.
