Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of vegetables, Italian
- 1 pack of gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 bratwursts, fine, uncooked
- 1 pack of Italian herbs, frozen
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat some oil in a large pan and form the sausage meat into small balls. Fry over medium heat. Add the gnocchi and cook briefly. Add the frozen vegetables and cook briefly, then add the canned tomatoes, a little water, and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs, and simmer for about 5 minutes. It’s ready to serve and a delight for the whole family!
