Spaghetti salad with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • ½ can pineapple
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 7 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 g turkey breast or schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Asian-inspired

Cook the spaghetti and let it cool. Finely chop the spring onions, pineapple, and bell pepper. Place everything in a bowl. Toss with the spaghetti. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chop the turkey breast, season with pepper and soy sauce, fry in hot oil, let it cool, and add it to the salad. It tastes best when cooked through or still lukewarm. You can also make turkey schnitzel and serve it with the side dish.
