Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg tortellini, possibly various fillings
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 200 g cooked ham
- ½ can corn
- Herbs, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
- Salad cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers, slice the spring onions, and slice the ham into small pieces. Combine everything in a large bowl. Add the canned tuna and corn and mix well. Once cooked, rinse the pasta in cold water and add it to the bowl. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Finally, stir in some light salad dressing and season to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
