Spaghetti That Tastes Like Summer
The perfect spaghetti that tastes like summer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 1 glass Tomatoes dried in oil
- 6 Pc. Tomatoes
- 200 g Sheep cheese
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- 15 piece Black pitted olives
- Drain the sun-dried tomatoes from the glass (approx. 285 grams) and collect the oil. Cut the fresh tomatoes crosswise, briefly add them to the boiling water, rinse and peel them. Now cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, do not cut the remaining ingredients too small and mix them in a bowl. the
- Press the garlic clove and add. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Drain the spaghetti and mix with all the ingredients in the pasta pot. Add some of the tomato oil. Finished! Should anything remain – just serve cold! Maybe cut the spaghetti into small pieces …..
- I forgot one thing! Only use the pulp of the peeled tomatoes!
