Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper(s), red, fresh
- 1 bunch basil, fresh
- 400g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- Pepper, black from the mill
- Sea salt
- some Parmesan, in a piece
- possibly tuna
- possibly olives, black
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and slice the garlic. Finely slice the chili pepper. Wash the basil, pick off the leaves, and finely chop the stems. Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, heat a generous splash of olive oil in a large, shallow saucepan. Then add the garlic and chili. Once the garlic has taken on a light brown color, add most of the basil leaves and the chopped tomatoes. Cook for about 1 minute. Add sea salt and black pepper to taste. Drain the spaghetti and then add it to the saucepan, mixing well. Season again with sea salt and black pepper.
