Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh
  • some chili sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

spicy, fast and tasty

Brown the minced meat in a little oil in a large pan. Clean all the vegetables, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and add them to the pan. Sauté everything together for about 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and stir. Season with salt, pepper, and chili sauce (careful!). Serve with rice.
