Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g penne
- 10 stalk(s) Celery
- olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 500 g cream (cooking cream, low-fat)
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs
- salt and pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 120 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
While you prepare the sauce, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Clean and finely chop the celery and mince the garlic. Sauté both in a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat. Meanwhile, grate the zest of 1 lemon and cut the flesh of both lemons into small pieces. Add both to the pan and fry for about 1 minute. Reduce the heat, add the herbs and cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer the sauce over low heat until the pasta is cooked. Drain the pasta and, while still hot, add it to a large bowl. Immediately toss with the sauce and cheese.
