Spaghetti with avocado and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some basil leaves

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. For the sauce, heat a little olive oil in a pan. Halve the cherry tomatoes, finely chop the garlic, and add both to the pan. Peel and finely chop the avocado, and add to the pan. Lightly fry everything. Pour in the cream and a splash of the pasta water. Simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked spaghetti, divide it among plates, and pour the sauce over it. Serve garnished with a few basil leaves.
