Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of toast
  • Cress for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the bell peppers. Peel the onion and finely dice it along with the bell peppers. Mix it with the minced meat along with the parsley, paprika, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Briefly toast the slices of bread and spread the meat mixture loosely on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, cook four fried eggs in a pan. Place one egg on each slice of bread and garnish with cress. Serve immediately.
