  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 2 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
  • 0,125 Red wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 L Broth clear
  • 60 g Tomato paste
  • Italian herbs, basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme, sage and marjoram.

Instructions

  • This is how it's done: Wash the soup greens and cut into small cubes, heat the oil in a saucepan, brown the minced beef in it, turning and crumbling it, then add the wine and salt. Let the wine boil down completely. Add the beef stock and add the soup greens Stir in the tomato paste and herbs, simmer gently for about 20 minutes until the sauce is creamy. Buon appetito
