Spaghetti with chanterelles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 large garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 1 jar chanterelles, drained (or fresh)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Fry the diced bacon in a pan. Peel the onions and dice them. Add them to the pan with the bacon and fry for a while longer. Add the garlic and chanterelles. Then mix everything well with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti briefly and add it immediately to the sauce. Arrange on plates and serve. Tip: If desired, you can serve the finished spaghetti sprinkled with grated cheese.
