Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 small onion(s)
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- some olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- some chili sauce (sambal manis)
- herbs, Italian
- Salt
- pepper
- 300g spaghetti
- some cheese, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
A delicious, spicy dish when you need something quick
Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Chop the meat into small pieces. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and brown the meat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian herbs, and sambal manis, if desired, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve with the cooked spaghetti and grated cheese. Tip: Add the capers to the sauce and let them cook.
