Spaghetti with cream cheese and shrimp sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ zucchini
  • Shrimp(s) (amount as desired)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, with herbs and dried tomatoes etc.
  • some cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 bell pepper(s) or kohlrabi, diced, as needed
  • 2 garlic cloves or more
  • 250g spaghetti
  • some olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick & tasty

Dice the zucchini and peppers, or other vegetables if desired, and sauté them in olive oil with the chopped garlic. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Add the thawed shrimp to the vegetables and sauté for about 2 minutes. Finally, stir the cream cheese and tomatoes into the vegetable pan and pour the sauce over the drained spaghetti. Tip: I always add Parmesan cheese!
