Spaghetti with garlic and nut sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp basil, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 250 ml cream substitute (Rama Cremefine for cooking)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water until tender. Heat olive oil and briefly sauté the garlic, then add the sunflower seeds and nuts and toast briefly. Stir in the Rama Creme Fine, add the basil, and simmer briefly over low heat. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, then stir in the Parmesan cheese. Drain the spaghetti, transfer to a plate, and pour the sauce over the spaghetti.
