Spaghetti with goat cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 150 ml cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 50 g ham, finely diced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cleaned, finely chopped
  • 125 g goat’s cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs, Italian
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual until al dente. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Sauté the onions and ham in olive oil in a large pan. Deglaze with water and cream and bring to a boil. Allow the sauce to reduce slightly, then add the goat cheese and herbs. Bring back to a boil, add the leek, and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss with the sauce, and serve immediately.
