Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 lemons, untreated
- 375 ml vegetable broth
- 125 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp sauce thickener
- some salt and pepper
- some sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash the lemons. Grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Bring the juice, stock, and mascarpone to a boil, stirring. Stir in the sauce thickener and lemon zest. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the drained spaghetti, stir through, and serve hot.
