Spaghetti with lemon sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel and juice
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Bring the cream, crème fraîche, sour cream, and chicken broth to a boil, stirring constantly, then simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes to reduce the sauce slightly. Add the chives, season with lemon juice, and toss the spaghetti with the sauce. Garnish with chives and, if desired, a little lemon zest, and serve immediately. A salad makes a great accompaniment.
