Spaghetti with lemon tuna sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • n. B. white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly flour or sauce thickener

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Drain the tuna. Squeeze the lemon. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil in a pan. Add the tuna, fry briefly, and deglaze with the lemon juice. If you like, add a splash of white wine and let it reduce briefly. Add the cream. Bring to a boil and simmer over low to medium heat for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. If the sauce is too runny, thicken it with a little flour or sauce thickener. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, and serve.
