Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 4 sausages (Mettwurst)
- 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 250 g leaf spinach
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- salt and pepper
- e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, put the water on for the pasta and bring it to a boil. Cook the spaghetti as usual until al dente. In the meantime, finely chop the onions and sauté them in a little hot olive oil in a covered pan. Cut the sausages into slices, but not too thickly, and add them to the onions. Put the lid on. After about 5 minutes, add the leaf spinach, garlic and sour cream or crème fraîche and continue to simmer uncovered. Now add the pinch of oregano (you can use a little more depending on your taste) and the freshly grated nutmeg. Finally, season with salt and pepper. You can now serve the sauce in portions over the finished spaghetti on plates.
