Spaghetti with Minced Meat Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 125 g Diced bacon
  • 1 Leek
  • 4 Carrots
  • 0,5 Celery bulb
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut the leek bar lengthways, rinse thoroughly and cut into fine rings. Peel, rinse and cut the carrots into cubes. Peel, rinse and finely chop the celery. Peel and finely dice the garlic.
  • Cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of boiling salted water.
  • Leave the bacon in a saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the carrots, leek, celery and garlic and sauté a little. Pour in some of the pasta boiling water so that it becomes a sauce that is not too thin and stir in the tomato paste. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper. Fold in the spaghetti and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
