Ingredients
- 300 gr Spaghetti
- 250 gr Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- 1 Carrot
- 500 g Pased tomatoes
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Frozen parsley
Instructions
- Peel the onion, clean and cut into fine cubes. Peel the garlic clove and press through the garlic press. Clean, wash and finely chop the carrot.
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and keep warm.
- In the hot oil, sauté the onion cubes with the garlic until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Briefly fry the carrot, add the tomatoes and pour in the broth. Season well with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley.
