Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 tbsp, heaped seasoning mix for pasta (dried tomato pieces, oregano, thyme, pepper)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes, ground
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped or squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Meanwhile, mince or press the garlic. Drain the spaghetti after the specified cooking time and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with spices, oil, and garlic and serve.
