Paula's Avocado Pasta

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, e.g. farfalle
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small red chili pepper(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Finely chop or mince the garlic and chili pepper. Place the avocado in a bowl and mash it with a fork or similar tool. Then add the oil, garlic, chili, and Parmesan to the avocado mixture and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the cooked pasta through a sieve, add it to the avocado mixture, and mix. Serve immediately.
