Spaghetti with pea, corn and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can of corn

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the butter. Sauté the onions in it. Dust with flour and sauté. Deglaze with stock and milk while stirring, and bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese and melt it. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the peas and corn. Stir into the sauce and heat through. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
