Spaghetti with peppers and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions, then drain. Slice onions into half rings. Dice bell peppers and mozzarella. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and bell peppers and sauté. Stir in tomato paste. Add drained pasta. Season with salt. Add mozzarella and fold in.
