Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow or orange
  • 1 bunch lemon thyme
  • some olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • Salt

Slice or slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Finely chop the lemon thyme. Cook the spaghetti. While the pasta is cooking, sauté the bell pepper strips in olive oil, season with a little salt, and sauté until they still retain their bite. Now add the lemon thyme, sauté briefly, and then stir in the al dente spaghetti. Divide among the plates and grate the Parmesan cheese over the top.
