Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 g cream
- 200 g pumpkin puree
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- e.g. salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan until translucent. Chop or press the garlic and add it, continuing to sauté briefly. Add the pumpkin puree and cream and mix to form a sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the pasta to the pan and heat through in the sauce. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season again, if desired.
