Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g spaghetti or other pasta, cooked from the previous day
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 package bacon, streaky
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some salt and pepper
- some nutmeg
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
quickly and easily use up leftover pasta from the day before
Fry the leftover pasta with the bacon, then mix the tomato paste with the melted cheese and milk, season to taste, and add the garlic clove. Whisk the eggs with the cheese mixture, pour over the pasta, and let it set.
