Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g spaghetti
- 150 g shrimp
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- chili powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside. Take a large skillet and add olive oil. Add the chopped garlic and chili powder to the pan and fry for about 20 seconds. Then add the shrimp and fry lightly (just don’t overcook them, or they’ll become tough!). Then add the spaghetti and stir-fry everything in the pan for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
