Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bunch of spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 400g spaghetti
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp oil
- 20 g butter
- 1 pack of parsley, frozen
- 1 tbsp lemon(s), grated peel
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml broth
- 300 g shrimp(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the spring onions. Peel the garlic, deseed the chili, and chop both. Sauté the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil and butter. Add the parsley, garlic, and lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the wine and stock. Rinse the shrimp, pat dry, and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil for about 2 minutes. Add the chili, salt, and the onion sauce, and bring everything to a boil briefly. Mix with the pasta and serve immediately while hot.
