Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 chili peppers, finely chopped, or 1 tbsp sambal oelek, (less to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pack of crab meat (lobster crab tails)
- Salt
- olive oil
- Parsley, chopped, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions, draining lightly. Heat about 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan (or pasta pot) and briefly sauté the chili peppers (alternatively, sambal oelek) and garlic cloves. Then add the crab tails and cook. Season with salt, if desired. Mix with the noodles and serve sprinkled with parsley, if desired. Tip: I always prepare this dish with sambal oelek, garlic paste, and frozen shrimp when I’m in a hurry!
