Spaghetti with spinach and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g leaf spinach
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 400g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil. Add the spinach and tomatoes, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain, return to the pot, and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
