Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mixed berries (raspberries, currants, strawberries)
  • 25 g meringue(s)
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 packs of vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 125g Nutella
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and clean the fruit, quarter the strawberries, and roughly crumble the meringue. Whisk the quark with milk, vanilla sugar, and Nutella until creamy. Layer the Nutella quark, meringue, and fruit in four large glasses. Serve garnished with lemon balm and, if desired, a sprig of currant.
