Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pack of spinach (frozen)
- ½ tsp beef broth, granulated
- ⅛ liter of water
- pepper
- nutmeg
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, cook the spaghetti in salted water. In the meantime, clean the bell peppers and dice them into small pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, bell peppers, and garlic until softened, but do not brown them. Then reduce the heat and add the water, stock cube, spinach, and seasonings, allowing the spinach to thaw slowly. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a bowl. Pour the prepared spinach sauce over the pasta and serve immediately. Enjoy!
