Ingredients

  • 14 Cannelloni

For the mince mix

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 3 Carrots

For the tomato sauce

  • 500 g Vegetable or poultry stock
  • 1 can Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

The cannelonis

  • Put the minced meat in a bowl and add all the ingredients, make a batter out of it and mix in the grated carrots (one was for me). Then fill the cannelonis with it and put them in a baking dish - I use my enamel mold for this - I put the remains of the minced meat in the empty corners and then put the finished tomato sauce on top ...

With the tomato sauce

  • Put the vegetable or poultry stock - I had frozen poultry stock from my chicken soup - in a saucepan, add tomato paste and bring to the boil while stirring, now season with the spices and then pour over the cannelonis ...
  • 3 .... cover everything with aluminum foil and cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  • We ate a cucumber salad with it, you can find recipes here in my cookbook
