Ingredients
- 14 Cannelloni
For the mince mix
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 3 Carrots
For the tomato sauce
- 500 g Vegetable or poultry stock
- 1 can Tomato paste concentrated three times
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Agave syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
The cannelonis
- Put the minced meat in a bowl and add all the ingredients, make a batter out of it and mix in the grated carrots (one was for me). Then fill the cannelonis with it and put them in a baking dish - I use my enamel mold for this - I put the remains of the minced meat in the empty corners and then put the finished tomato sauce on top ...
With the tomato sauce
- Put the vegetable or poultry stock - I had frozen poultry stock from my chicken soup - in a saucepan, add tomato paste and bring to the boil while stirring, now season with the spices and then pour over the cannelonis ...
- 3 .... cover everything with aluminum foil and cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
