Spaghetti with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 sprigs of basil
  • 400g spaghetti
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

One-Pot Pasta

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and slice the onions and garlic. Wash the basil as well. Cook the pasta with the tomatoes, onions, and garlic in 1 liter of water. Add the chili flakes and oil. Cook for 10 minutes. When the pasta is tender, remove the basil stalks, finely chop the leaves, and fold them in. Serve with a little Parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
