Spaghetti with tuna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • possibly olives
  • 1 piece(s) cucumber(s)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, frozen
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

cold version with tomatoes and feta cheese

Place the tuna and oil in a bowl. Break it into smaller pieces with a fork. Thinly slice the onion and add it. Dice the tomatoes, feta, and a slice of cucumber and add it to the bowl. If you like, you can also add olives. Then mince 1-2 cloves of garlic and add them to the mixture. Season with parsley and a squeeze of lemon, salt, and pepper. Add some arugula and spoon everything over the previously cooked spaghetti. You have a quick and delicious summer dish.
