Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 150 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once the spaghetti is done, drain the water and set the pasta aside. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and onions. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, and arugula. Do not mix the ingredients. Add a little olive oil to the pan and sauté the onions. When they start to become translucent, add the garlic. Add the wine, tomatoes, capers, and tuna, including the liquid from the can, to the pan and stir everything to break up the tuna. Season with herb salt and pepper. Add the arugula and mix briefly. You can, of course, also add fresh Parmesan cheese.
