Spaghetti with vegetables and shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 480 g vegetables, Italian, fresh or frozen
  • 1 jar tomato sauce (Arrabiata) or homemade
  • 1 pack of spread, e.g. brunch, paprika-pepper
  • 250 g shrimp(s), frozen
  • 500g spaghetti
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

in brunch arrabiata sauce

Dice the cooked ham and fry briefly in a little oil. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Then wash, trim, and dice the fresh vegetables. Add them to the pan with the ham and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the frozen vegetables directly to the pan with the ham and sauté for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Add the arrabiata to the vegetables and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Stir in the brunch, add the shrimp, and heat briefly. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce on plates.
