Spaghetti with wild garlic pesto and shrimp

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 pack of shrimp(s), frozen, approx. 110 g each
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp wild garlic pesto
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the garlic with the thawed prawns. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and add them briefly. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of wild garlic pesto to the pan and pour in the cream. Season the dish with salt and pepper and bring to a boil briefly. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan and mix well. Serve the spaghetti with wild garlic pesto and prawns immediately while hot. We add fresh Parmesan cheese. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili flakes or fresh chili; that tastes wonderful too. I use fresh, homemade wild garlic pesto, but the dish is also delicious with basil pesto.
