Cook the spaghettini until al dente. Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into very small florets and fry raw in a non-stick pan with olive oil. Then continue to fry gently over low heat. Add the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic and continue to fry until the broccoli is still crunchy and firm to the bite, but no longer tastes raw. Dice the ham and add it to the broccoli, frying briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, stir in the Cremefine sauce, and bring to a boil briefly. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper.
