Spaghettini with white beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of beans, large white (425 ml)
  • 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 400 g pasta (spaghettini)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 jar pesto (approx. 190 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the beans and tomatoes thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the beans and tomatoes over medium heat. Drain the spaghetti and add it. Stir in the pesto and the pan-roasted pine nuts. Mix all ingredients well. Season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
