Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small apple (Cox Orange)
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • Sweetener, a few drops
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar (lemon), or other, or lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 2 pinches of curry, Indian, hot
  • 2 tsp natural yogurt, 1.8% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the peppers, apple, and onion into small cubes and mix with the remaining ingredients. Let stand for a while.
