Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 1 shallot(s)
- Sweetener, a few drops
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar (lemon), or other, or lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 pinches of curry, Indian, hot
- 2 tsp natural yogurt, 1.8% fat

Cut the peppers, apple, and onion into small cubes and mix with the remaining ingredients. Let stand for a while.
