Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 200 g flour (wheat flour type 405 or wholemeal flour)
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 125 g hazelnuts, grated
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 4 small apples
- Butter or margarine for the mold
- breadcrumbs
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar with a food processor or whisk until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Sift the cinnamon, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the flour and stir into the batter along with the hazelnuts. Peel and core the apples, cut them into pieces, and stir them in. Place them in a greased and crumbled 26 cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Delicious with or without cream.
