Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 60 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g marzipan – raw mass
- 80 g flour
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Prepare a dough from the listed ingredients and roll it out onto the bottom of a 26 cm springform pan, pressing up a 2 cm edge. Drain the cherries and spread it over the dough. Mix the remaining ingredients until spreadable, pour over the cherries, and bake the cake at 180 to 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
