Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 80 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
- 90 g butter
- 3 eggs
- some lemon juice
- some rum
- 150 g sugar
- 3 pts vanilla sugar
- 1 kg quark
- 3 tbsp flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and press it into a prepared springform pan, pulling up the edges if necessary. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 10-15 minutes. Mix all the filling ingredients until smooth and pour over the pastry. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
