Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g beef, pork or veal
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 40 g margarine or lard
- 3 large onions
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- some broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the meat into large cubes and add it to the open roasting pan with the lard. Sear over high heat until crisp. Chop the onions and add them. Let them become translucent. Add the chopped potatoes, salt, paprika, and crème fraîche, pour in a little broth, and close the pan. Cooking time: approximately 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh parsley.
